A/R Aging Report Timeout - S3 Priority
Hi,
This is a new issue with 2008.2 and has been mostly resolved. However, I have one user who is still experiencing the problem. The problem is affecting our business. He's our top sales rep and he can't see the aging status of his customers which hampers our ability to collect money from them. We've been given a defect by Support (152426) but it has an S3 priority. I think it's a lot more urgent than this. Can anyone reading this help?
