Unable to Void Transactions
Since the Upgrade, most of my AP staff and Accountants are not able to void transactions. We use the "Void Transactions Using Reversing Journals" option and when they view the transaction, click void, the JE displays properly. However when they click "Save" they receive an error message that states "Transaction was not complete" and will not allow the Void to Save. I am the Administrator and I receive the same error message.
I have checked the permissions assigned and made sure the upgrade did not change our preferences (like it did last time) and nothing appears to have changed. If anyone knows a fix, we would appreciate it.
