2008.2 Email Campaign Disaster
Has anyone sent a successful email campaign on 2008.2?
I ran an email campaign yesterday to 10,000 customers. I carefully reviewed the test email and all the links worked perfectly. The campaign was sent out and disaster struck - NONE of the links in the email worked - INCLUDING the unsubscribe links. Our customer service department was flooded with calls and emails with angry people wanting to unsubscribe - but can't.
So, those 10,000 potential customers are ticked off and want to unsubscribe - that's a disaster.
I dont' want to jump to conclusions but we have run other email campaigns before the upgrade - no problem.
