Outlook 2007 Integration broken again?

Since the most recent upgrade, no one in my office has been able to link emails from Outlook to Netsuite.  The buttons in Outlook are there and it spools the emails, appears to login but nothing happens.  Has anyone else had this problem? 

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried on mulitple users but it just does the same thing.

I have an open case but am getting no response from Netsuite (silver support).  Case 785220.
