HELP! Fulfillment problem after our upgrade!

We were upgraded this weekend.
Our order processor tried to fulfill her first batch (the oldest orders, from Friday evening), and instead of fulfilling the orders she selected, it fulfilled the latest orders that have recently dropped in- today's orders.
She called me, and I watched as she attempted again to fulfill only those orders she had actually picked, and again, the fulfillment went to the next most recent order, which is not correct. The system ignored her selection.
We use OzLink and were able to stop the second attempt, but, from the first attempt, she now has 36 of the latest orders fulfilled, that she did not select, and have not been picked.
