NS messes again with their "thursday night mini release"
this is not the first time we've been hit and it's very aggravating.
I'm assuming it has something to do with the "mini release" NS must have made last night. We cannot enter ANY TASKS or Phone Calls!
Anyone else have an issue?
I've already logged a ticket but it's sooooo frustrating!!!
just a few weeks ago, there was another "mini release" (I'm assuming) that didn't let some roles add contacts from the customer "on the fly"
(last time it took a whole day to fix, but there was a workaround, enter contacts from scratch, now there is NO workaround and the complaints are piling in)
