Report Exporting Problems

I have a customer who is using NetSuite on a Mac and when they attempt to export a report they end up exporting the reportrunner.nl as opposed to the actual report itself. This reportrunner.nl will not open their data to excel. This issue is happening with all reports using safari and firefox, trying to export to excel or csv. This is a pretty big deal as the customer needs to export this report to send to their fulfillment warehouse. Any escalation that can be offered for this bug would be appreciated as their is no workaround available.
