Please Confirm Credit Card Charge

With the upgrade, the "Please Confirm Credit Card Charge" screen was bypassed for cards that were already approved.  I loved it!  I hated that step. There was no reason to have to reconfirm a card that you already authorized, to my mind.

Today I come in and the screen is back.  Oh pooh! 
That useless step is a waste of time.

Is there a switch I can flip to put it where it automatically just charges the card when the card has already been authorized?
