Struggling with Customer Search and Price Levels

I'm trying to perform a simple customer search showing pricing group and price level.  The only filter I'm using is the customer.  I've added pricing group and price level as columns.

The search displays, with the pricing groups listed, but the price level column is blank.

My hope was to eventually build a customer search filtered by pricing group and price level.  For example, show me the customers that have a 10% discount on pricing group A.

Am I missing something?
