Error when creating price lists

I am getting this error when creating priece lists, but does not give me hint on how to cover it

"downloadpdf:Trantype was empty. Printtype pricelist "

it was working for 2 hrs on the customer center and with out any intervention from us it started to give this error..

anyone could help out?
