Netsuite Mid-Day Outages

On 4/20 and again today 4/23 - we could not get into our Netsuite account. Either through the system.netsuite.com or system2.netsuite.com path.

This spanned multiple locations in both Chicago and Minneapolis. 

Has anyone else experienced these outages and does anyone know the root cause?
