Some replies to NetSuite emails are not being forwarded to our email server/Outlook
We have just noticed that responses to emails that were generated from within NetSuite are being properly logged in the NS record but the emails are not being forwarded from NetSuite to our server. We found this by visiting records and noticing emails there that we had not received in Outlook
The behavior is erratic. Several users have seen this occur with contact and customer records. We have verified our spam traps and server logs to ensure that the block is not occurring on our end.
Has anyone experienced this problem? We reported as Case 949939.
UPDATE: We can replicate the problem by using an attachment.
