Estore Shipping options

Is there a way to remove the shipping options for the estore check out on the 2009-2?  We use a script that only displays the correct shipping options for the customers based on location and product being shipped, this script hides some shipping options.  Now that we are in the 2009.2 we are seeing the default options with a dropdown and other options that is empty.  We are wanting to just remove this drop drown we only use the default vendor.
