Items:Specials subtab Missing!? Anyone else?

Pretty straight forward here.  In all of our items;all types:  inventory item, assembly builds, non-inventory item etc..... The Specials subtab has disappeared.

Anyone else experience this?  I've looked through the Release notes and it doesn't even mentions the specials tab.  Also searched the message board.  Does this have something to do with absolute pricing?  I looked up that topic and nothing either. 

Are we the only one's experiencing this?
