PO, doesn't count line total

We were updated. find a problem
On P/O, when you enter a quantity and price in a line, NS doesn't calculate the line total, it pop up a message says:
"The line total amount is not equal to the item price times the quantity.  Is this correct?"

case number: 952546
Please help.
