Shipping Option Disappeared off website/worked fine 11/12/2009
Filed case # 963596, Shipping Option not displayed on website.
This worked just yesterday, so something "broke" since then.
Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Using the new shipping rules, we had set it up so that items over 4 lbs in weight could only be shipped via UPS.
2. This worked as of yesterday, November 12th, 2009.
3. It does not work today- items over 4 lbs have NO shipping option at all.
If NetSuite can take a look at this, we'd appreciate it!

***Let me clarify- we had to turn back on the "More" option in order for the UPS option to be shown, and so this is why it shows on our website now, But, the owner/administrator, Doug Mortensen, showed me when he clicked the option for over 4 lbs on the back-end, ALL shipping options disappeared.
