Shipping Issue- broken again
Apparently our issue is not the same as listed in "Bug in Shipping" thread, so I am starting a new post here.
On October 30th, I had posted that our shipping issue, our disappearing "Ship via" method, was fixed, and when we had to correct an address, it stopped going blank.
The issue is back- when we have to correct an address again, the "Ship via" method goes blank again, and so something had to have happened between then and now. It started Friday, November 6th, so perhaps a NetSuite fix caused this to break again.
Should I reopen the case?
