Beware of Upgrade 2010.1
My name is Matt Grant. I own Sailrite and I am a happy user of Netsuite for about 5 years now. My business has grown every year and I credit Netsuite for some of our growth. But for this upgrade we were in the first group of upgrades. Unfortunately the upgrade has been done during our "Christmas" season (i.e. our busiest months). This process has been catastrophic to our operations. And the fixes are not getting done quickly enough. Here are the three critical problems that we are experiencing in order of importance:
1. Email Campaigns will no longer allow for links. We are told this is a known defect (Defect # 177680 - Lists > Marketing > Marketing Templates : Links in Preview Email sent after creating/editing and saving a Marketing Template result to an error message) but it is only given an S2 priority. Seriously?!!! I have three emails scheduled to close out our biggest sale of the year. I can't send any of them because you can not have links in emails any longer.
