Invalid Expiration Date Entered

This weekend (4/17/10) Sailrite has experienced numerous customers who have claimed that upon entering a credit card and selecting the right expiration date from the pull down fields that they get an "wrong format" message. If only one person had reported this I would think it is user error but at this time we have had two report by email and another four over the phone. Anyone else having this trouble?
