Calendar Enhancements

I've found a lot of old threads in regard to customizing what appears on roll-over of calendar activities and customizing the email reminders... Has anything come of them? I'm going to be integrating my organization with Outlook in the near future and in our beta testing, the biggest complaint we've had is the calendar activities added to outlook tell them absolutely nothing about who it is with.

Has anyone come up with possible workarounds?
