Synchronization filters for contacts in Outlook 2.0

I have users that are not Company SaleReps that need to synchronize contacts that they are supporting.  I would like to add a contact field that they can sync against.  In NS for Outlook 2.0 users can customize synchronization filters by establishing rules to be matched.  The current (default?) list of fields that show up in the list box consists of 16 fields.  Does anyone know if it is possible to add more fields to this list?
