Unexpected error message when trying to add a new sales item

I just tried to add a new sales item for the first time since the upgrade.  I've tried 10 times and get the "Unexpected error" message every single time.  I CANNOT successfully enter any new sales items. 

Has anyone else had success entering new sales items since the upgrade?
