Which items do I have that need the Canonical URL (Preferred Category)?

Which items do I have that need the Canonical URL (Preferred Category) checked?

I guess what I am saying is we have over 50,000 items.  How do I find out which items are on multiple categories... and do not have a Preferred Category checked off?
