Shipping REMOVED when any Item is Modified on Sales Invoice

Good Morning,

Yesterday 4/27/10 before netsuite went down I created a case for this issue which has in essence tripled the time it takes to do one invoice. I have yet to receive any email acknowledgment of this case, or any progress, and this is unacceptible.

Case #: 1147997: When any item related property is modified on a sales invoice (change to non-taxable, edit a comment, anything) the shipping cost which has already been calculated in our warehouse (which is not a simple or quick process) is completely removed from the Sales invoice. We are able to repeat this in any role on any machine.
