Add Multiple on Sales Order Causes THE ITEMS SUBLIST HAD AN ERROR
Every item added to a sales order, now needs to be added individually. This is slowing down our process considerably, and I have no progress on my Ticket since it was opened Monday. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
Ticket number is: 1147034
Defect number is : 179444
Now today, we are also unable to add any item that is a member of a kit, which means a good majority of the items we sell, cant be added to a sales order and then saved. I am on hold AGAIN for netsuite now to address this.
Is anyone else having this issue?
