2010.2 - can anyone confirm?

I'm wondering if some of my oldest enhancements have been implemented:

[LIST]
[*]Can we customize the AddressBook/List (i.e. add custom fields)
[*]Can we customize the Message record (i.e. add custom fields)
[*]Define custom icons for custom records
[*]multi-level merge field definitions (e.g. <NLSALESREP.FIRSTNAME> and <NLCUSTOMER.FIRSTNAME>)
[*]Resize list column widths[/LIST]I have a lot more, but these are the ones I've been waiting forever for.  If anyone knows if any of these are implemented it would make me so happy to know that.
