Sales Order Transaction Layout - 2010.2

On our Sales Order Transaction, the "Est. Extended Cos", "Est. Gross Profit", & "Est. Gross Profit Percent" fields have moved to the top left of the layout above "custom form".

However, when I check the form layout, these fields are still at the end of the list - however, the odd thing is that these fields have all lost the ability to be dragged into a different order (The little square on the left isn't there)

Anyone noticed anything similar?
Any idea how to move them?
