Release Preview STILL not available

We were hoping to test our upgrade system starting yesterday but our beta system was not ready.

A call to support yeilds a response - "it will be another 24 hours".  24 hours later, we still have no system to test with. There has been no response from support today, either.

Who can we escalate this to? We have a large number of custom pieces that need testing and our window is shrinking with each minute our beta system is not ready.
