Missing Packing Slips?

I'm down at our warehouse at the moment - earlier today one of our staff went into "Print Packing Slips" and when she clicked "mark all" and "Print" an error came up saying that the record didn't exist.  Apparently this happened a couple of times, and I can't find any trace of more than one packing slip in the system, even after ticking "Allow Reprinting."

Anyone else experienced a similar occurrence?
