2010.2 -- Webstore Adding Items with mandatory item options yield error

I didn't see this reported on the user group -- submitted an issue to support already.

Upgraded to 2010.2 over the weekend. For all customer, all browsers, all locations:

Adding an item to their cart that has an item option yields the following error:
Invalid item reference key 840 for entity 2241214.

The item reference key changes based on which item you choose and the entity changes based on the customer.
