2010.2 - Tax value in new "Extended Shopping Cart" ignores tax settings
One thing I love about 2010.2 is the updated shipping estimator (Extended Shopping Cart).
One problem is that it now shows TAX due for all customers despite what zip they enter.
So, if your tax rules ONLY have taxes charged to people shipping to your home state, it will ignore your settings and show a tax amount for any state entered. As a result, we get 10 times more calls with people saying "why will I be charged tax..." and we get some people that just leave our cart because they are choosing to buy online from another company that doesn't charge tax.
