On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

export csv on list of forms is broken
We are in Beta on the new release, trying to make sure that all our forms get tested before we deploy. We'd like to make a list of all the forms, showing which are defaults, so we can assign each one to the person who uses those types of forms.
At the bottom of the page that lists all the, say, transaction forms
Setup>Customization>Transaction Forms
There is a handy button to "export CSV" or export as an Excel file.
Both of these are broken. They export as a giant block of text in one cell, with no commas or line breaks. I can't even get Excel to try to munge the ugly data after it drops in in a single block of text, because there are no delimiters, and no line breaks.
