Not upgraded - what gives?

Ok... imagine my excitement when I get to work 3 hours before we open to iron out any scripting bugs etc. that we may experience from our upgrade that is scheduled for today... and we are still on 2010.1!!!

Perhaps a time would have been a good idea in the email too... now we play the waiting game, which is good coz it will probably happen right in the middle of the busy part of the day, and that wont make me cranky at all...

If anyone from NS can enlighten me as to what time we will be upgraded that would be handy.
