Extended Shopping Cart -- Its full of bugs!

Extended shipping cart shows two different prices
Extended shipping cart eventually bugs out and consantly shows $0.00 in the totals area, but the correct amount on the radio method selection boxes.
Extended shipping cart will not update the cost
Extended shipping cart will generate random prices not seen before if switching back and forth between zipcodes
Extended shipping cart will generate random prices not seen before if playing with quantity numbers
Extended shipping cart "Country" and "Zip/Postal Code" are context sensitive (will underline during hover) and are links, without any associated link present or popup help. The <a> tag should be removed.
