Quantity on Order incorrect in Version 2011.2

We just "upgraded" to Version 2011.2 and now on various inventory items that we have received in, they are still showing as On Order.

For instance:
Monday we have Quantity on Hand 2 widgets.
Tuesday we ordered 120 widgets.
Wednesday we received 120 widgets.
Thursday our inventory record shows Quantity On Hand 122 widgets and Quantity on Order 120 widgets.

Obviously, we don't still have 120 widgets on order because we received them Wednesday.

This is not a consistent bug but does appear on at least a dozen inventory items. Is anyone else having this problem or have ideas on how to fix?
