Received "Confirmation: Sales Order successfully Canceled" when customer RMA emailed
How interestingly NOT helpful:
I created an RMA for a customer just now, and emailed it to the customer.
When Netsuite took me out of the RMA to the Dashboard, just above the "Recent Records" I see the following:
Confirmation: Sales Order successfully Canceled
????? HUH?
I did NOT cancel the Sales Order!
So, I go to the Sales Order, and it still says "Billed".
Really, is that message necessary? Why can't it say "RMA successfully Emailed" or something relevant?
