Netsuite support please enable email address on case submission
I have noticed that it has changed and when you submit an online case to Netsuite support you can no longer change the email address. It sources the email address of your login. This is TERRIBLE because my login in almost NEVER my actual email address and there is no way that I am going to call in for every case because it takes way too long. Please put the email field back so that we can enter a correct email address when submitting a case.
