partner codes are knackered

Anyone else getting this?

Assigning a partnercode by either appending &partner=xx or using a promotional url to do the same is no longer functioning correctly.

If the customer purchases, it will assign the partner code to the sale, but not to the customer record. This is really frustrating because after months and months of trying I finally wrote my firth workflow but... Based on partner field on customer record
