Payment Methods no longer working

After the latest update we've found we can't create/edit payment methods via Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists. The 'Credit Card' checkbox has disappeared along with the 'Display in Web Site' checkbox and 'Supporting Merchant Account' list. This means we can no longer accept credit card payments via our web store.

I'm fairly new to NetSuite. Is it normal for essential functionality to 'break' on an update?
