File Upload Progression Bar no longer visible

When uploading files, either into the file cabinet or into an e-mail message, NetSuite used to show a progression bar indicating how much of the file had been transferred and how much was left to transfer.  This bar is no longer appearing.  We were upgraded to 2012.1 within the past 10 days.  Do you know if this was removed in the new version of NS?  I looked in Help, but found no answer.
