Internet Explorer Problems

We have always had users use FireFox for their NetSuite browser, and myself I've used Chrome a lot. Everything always ran well, with just a few minor issues I'd find from time to time n Chrome.

Recently we implemented a new phone system, and have rolled out Camrivox's Flexcor CTI NS integration. Unfortunately at this time this only works with Internet Explorer.

Ever since switching people over to IE, almost everyone has had problems with it freezing and hanging their computers. Most of these people are on IE9, although I do have a few XP users on IE8.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this, or have any ideas? I've never been a big IE fan, but this is beyond any of my fears when we made the switch.
