Support Reps on New Cases
Since the upgrade I notice that Netsuite no longer displays old employees in the Copy field of cases.
I also notice that only Support Reps which also have Netsuite Access only appear in the drop down to allocate Cases. We have been using some non-access employees to whom we can allocate Cases but that doesn't look possible any more.
Does anyone know if this an an option that we can have? ie we want to allocate Cases to Support Reps whom may not themselves have Netsuite access.
