New Release : Item Fullfillment Problems
Hello,
We were upgraded to new release over the weekend and are now having multiple problems with our Item Fullfillments.
First Problem:
Item Fulfillment now requires a phone number. Does anyone know how to turn this off?
Second Problem:
When we mark an IF shipped, the original integrated tracking number is replaced with a new tracking number and a return tracking number is generated. (Even though we don't have system set up to generate return labels.
Anybody have any suggetsions?
