Order Items Screen

So I was just informed by our purchasing person that somebody at Netsuite recently screwed up the Order Items screen so that if you choose ANY location, it removes all items from the screen, EVEN items that should be ordered.  So, now we cannot easily filter by Location.

I have not yet filed a defect with Netsuite.  Is anybody noticing this with 2014.1?  I've tried it on multiple computers with multiple browsers.
