Drag and Drop issues oin 2014.1

Says:

To enable the feature for selected record types:

Go to the Global Search field and enter DAD Record Type. A popup displays suggested entries.

Well this doesn't work for me any more.
DAD Record Type finds nothing in the Global Search field

Any suggestions?
