2014.2 URL Component Alias

Is this feature available for SiteBuilder users or "SuiteCommerce Advanced" only?  We use SiteBuilder and I was able to enable the feature it our beta account and see the URL Component settings in the item records. The PDF says for SuiteCommerce Advance, but I figured it wouldn't allow me to enable the feature in our account if that was the case.
