Custom SMTP Server in 2014.2 and DKIM

Hello All,

We seem to keep having problems with Netsuite being blacklisted and are looking for ways around this.  We seen in 2014.2 that there is a Custom SMTP server setup that can be done, but I am facing some problems.

I have gone ove the setup and it is all done and verified and I can get the test e-mail from Netsuite without a problem.

I then proceeded to setup a Marketing Campaign as a test, and I get an error back to me that it cannot be completed:

SMTP Server xxxxxx.com is not responding. Please check SMTP server configuration at
