INCOTERM - Do I need it?

What is INCOTERM (since there is no field level help)?  Why was it automatically enabled and turned on in my account?  Can I just uncheck to view it, and where does it all apply?

Any other new fields that I need to know about, Netsuite (makes me feel smarter than employees noticing them if I have a good answer)?
