Sales Rep doesn't respond
I wasn't sure where to put this on the forum. Just wondering if anyone else has problems getting their sales reps to respond? I have emailed our sales rep twice with no reply from her. I have also received "read receipts". Our renewal is coming up and would like to discuss our plan/pricing, but I can't get a response. We have been with Netsuite since 2004. Any suggestions are appreciated.
