Support Menu - 2 Options versus 1
Not sure where to put this question, but this seems as good as any since this seemed to pop up in the last couple releases.
What determines whether there is one option (Overview) or two options (Support Overview and Go To SuiteAnswers) when you hover over the Support menu? As I saw the two option menu more, I thought it was just a 2016.2 thing, but I have a brand new account that only has the one option menu. I can't pin down anything significantly different between accounts that have the different menus.
